CREATOR
Welcome, Rock Star.
In a CREATOR session we set up your upcoming “Sprint”;
Which is a time period of one week.
In this week we’re going to create as many valuable pieces, “Increments”, as possible.
No learning required!
CREATOR lets you improve what you already do, and make it into an even richer, more joyful experience, every time you go through a sprint.
Each one better and more fun.
The CREATOR system has allowed me to quadruple my content in 2025, and has removed all of the stress as well.
Our CREATOR session contains four parts:
🥳 REVIEW – 10 minutes (What was done)
Acknowledgement of last week’s creative achievements.
Bring in everything that was valuable to you.
For example organizing a day out is a creative production too.
Our creativity is deeply embedded into our lives.
🧐 RETROSPECT – 10 minutes (How it went)
Take note of any events, areas or projects that turned out to be disruptive, unexpectedly costly, or that were lost or wasted.
Learn any lessons that can be implemented in the next sprint.
🦸🏻♂️SELECT – 10 minutes (What you choose)
What you want to have done after the upcoming week.
For bigger projects we can workshop them into smaller increments, that are already of value now.
For example: breaking up writing a whole book which would take a year, into blogging smaller posts that can be released every week.
The goal is to create as much value within one sprint as possible, this includes what has value TO YOU.
Examples of what you want to create:
“To spend 15 minutes drawing and post it immediately, Monday to Friday”
“Full creative writing, two blogposts per week”
“One new song a week, or upgrade an old recording.”
“Share something interesting I found, every Monday.”
“Share my work, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.”
But also:
“Create whatever I want, every week.”
Selecting simply means you make a conscious choice for VALUE.
But that choice could also be to be fully free and not plan anything!
Which would translate as: “Whatever I find most valuable that day”.
📆PLANNING – 30 minutes (When to create what you selected)
The single most important thing, is to schedule time for your creative production.
The moments in your calendar to make something.
The total number of hours you have the upcoming week is the foundation of your planning.
Then you take elements from your SELECT phase and put them into your calendar.
Larger elements such as videos, can be very valuable, but they’re daylight sensitive and require a lot of preparation and post-production.
You may want to look for a low-level alternative for when it falls through.
Planning means you make choices that allow for maximum value and best use of your resources.
This production planning is not set in stone, it should be enough to start your workweek. It evolves based on which elements under “SELECT” are most valuable to you, and what is needed to create it.
Some can be created easily others may be time-consuming and need daylight.
If you have left it open “What” you create, then planning comes down to blocking time in your calendar.
Which is undoubtedly the hardest part!
Your starting point, every day, is creating what is most valuable to you.
How to prepare to get the most out of CREATOR:
This is entirely optional: COME AS YOU ARE
No homework is ever required.
But if you want to prepare for your first session, this is how;
– By logging your results/ productions/ the content you posted and other creative accomplishments the week prior to your session.
This will be our starting point, to celebrate your accomplishments and build on the next week.
– By creating an overview of all types of content you have or want to have in the future
F.e. video series, blog posts, reels, selfies, sales posts, repurposed old content you are on the verge of losing, and so on.
