It doesn’t have to be new content and it also doesn’t need to be the same formula every day.
Anything that can be squeezed into your social media will do.
But it needs to be something that comes straight from your soul to ours, and that pulls us in, moves us, and leaves us in awe and fascination.

This is one against the grain, and even against my own logic. The one that tells me “but I first have to….!” or “I can’t because!”
And I’m not even going to claim I always make the wisest choices in the area of showing up for social media presence myself, but here’s the gist of what I have come to understand, and you can HOLD me to this for the upcoming fifty years or so.
Moving 2024 and up, the Rock Star artists, independents, and people building a sustainable business that will last them the rest of their lives need to master the art of showing up daily.
We NEED to SEE you.
This is not just part of your job, that IS your job.
And then;
Walk away from the explosion.
Just like the movies.
Don’t linger.
Does a rock star invite everybody to drop their comments asking what they thought about the show?
No, I don’t think so either.
They walk out, and before the applause is over they are in a car leaving the premises.
And why?
Because a live rock show, by its very nature, is exactly right for the day and the place.
And guess what my friend?
So is yours.
Don’t let the recording and collecting of your messages drive you nuts or leave you disheartened;
Let it fall by the wayside if you must.
Curating your messages is not your job.
Nor is reviewing them, criticizing them, judging them, or in anyway not backing this part of what it is you’re doing.
This is the new era, where our words are not collected into books that will last for generations.
Our photos are not printed into hundred dollar coffee table books, instead they are fed to AI, where they will live on forever and at the same time die in their essence.
So it is not WHAT you bring, it is the fact that you PERSONALLY, bring it. And that it comes from YOUR hand, that makes it so valuable.
It is timely, contemporary.
It is NOW.
Your work on social media is you appearing personally.
And yes, of course you also have a powerful message, but it will no longer be the message nor the specs nor the quality of your work, that will make the mark.
Not, what will make you Rock Star-unique.
It is your ability to ride the highest waves in that stormy ocean.
To be there on the frontier of the newest media, and to stand your ground.
To back yourself.
To BE, there.
Wave after wave and day after day after day.
That, is not just your job;
It is your legacy.

What is the work you love doing, what are the moments big or small, that you know you are aligned. Has God told you, what you’re here for?
This is about creative freedom, or even karmic freedom.
Are you free to do the work, that is yours?
3. your Rock Star expansion
What is the fullest expression you are here to bring?
And what are the areas you’re playing small, as if cut off from your powers?
We investigate if in those areas, the rules you play by are yours, or society’s.
“3” is related to sexual freedom.
Like anything, it is up to you if that is part of our conversation or not.
Because all three points are just a suggestion, they offer a good framework providing one hour for every topic, to go deeper looking for answers.
But the setlist is not fixed.
I have merely built the stage for us, and we have three hours.
It is up for you to take it.
