These videos are pretty dry and once every three months I spice things up at least a little bit, by using this topic.

Despite the rule that I don’t prepare these videos;
I did prepare this one!
Because I already recorded this video, but it wasn’t good.
I had to delete, so this is the second time I am recording it.

But the redo of this video just tie into our topic;
Because we’re going to talk about Sexual Journeys!
Which usually take longer than you anticipate and end up being full of unexpected problems.

2. What is “a journey”? 01:26
It’s when people deliberately take on transforming an area of their life.
A Sexual Journey means you intentionally set foot on the path of developing your sexuality.
Which I something I did but my Sexual Journey was twenty years ago, so we didn’t call it “a Journey” then.

It’s not in the video this way, but in 2026 terms;
My entire sexuality needed to a glow-up!

3. My Sexual Journey 02:39
All I knew was that I would regret it, if I died and without at least trying, to get the love life I really wanted. My sex life had not been up-to-par for a long time and I knew it was me, not my partner.
From my perspective, my entire sexuality needed to be “redone”😅!

4. My Journey 05:25
My goal was to go through that sweet cycle of falling in love and becoming lovers, a few more times. That was the idea.
And although nothing went as planned, I did come out the other side completely renewed and I did not regret leaving my relationship behind for this.
Which was a price I had been prepared to pay.

5. keys: 🔑Start Strong, 🔑Outer-pushback and 🔑inner-demons 06:42

🔑Start Strong
Just like a real journey to a physical location, a metaphorical journey should include a thorough plan, preparation and some professional support does not hurt either.

🔑Outer-pushback and 🔑inner-demons
We all understand that on any journey we will bump into our own unhealthy patterns and that we will need to transcend our limitations.
But if you go on a sexual journey? Then the response from society is definitely your biggest foe.

A Sexual Journey is an incredibly powerful path, but also one of the very few that will give you a ruthless reveal of the truth about who you have surrounded yourself with.
And how shockingly little room there really is, for you to make your own choices.
Not without consequence.

A 100 Years from now, what you’ve shared online will have survived you. Consistency now, means a legacy later.

“But how?!” you may ask.

In 2025 I more or less accidentally tripled if not quadrupled my content, and without any of the stress it used to give me.
Accidentally, because I wasn’t looking for that.
But more or less, because I know exactly what system I was applying, and why it worked.

In this new CREATOR series, we explore the system’s different elements, and how they might help you.
I’m getting help from the trolls, who have given us access to their four storey dollhouse.

The only rule for these videos is:
– no preparation
Because any process you don’t know by heart, belongs in the trash bin!

The balcony symbolizes the concert stage.

When you post your content, this is your content taking the stage.

This is what takes the stress out of it, but it may not what you want.
F.e. if your art involves posting about real time events.

Solving problems and integrating any lessons learned.

An earlier version of this video was already processed, when I decided to delete it because a newly bought ring light was not positioned correctly, ruining 3 videos.
Today, I’ve started recreating them, starting with this one, but I’m still not using it correctly apparently.
The ringlight actually appears to be doing absolutely nothing from its current position, and like it managed to ABSORBE the natural light! 😱
So thank you for your patience.
I sincerely hope February is the month, I get the hang of it!💡

Despite the rule that I don’t prepare these videos;
I did prepare this one!

Because I already recorded this video, but it wasn’t good.
I had to delete, so this is the second time I am recording it.
And I did some research on the topic, just to see if I can make this one better.

2. Chronos and Kairos 01:22
In ancient Greece they had different concepts of time. The most well-known are Chronos and Kairos.
Chronos is the chronological time, from our calendars and clocks. It is very much intertwined with productivity and daily life.
Kairos is about “the life in your time”, the texture, quality and richness of the time.

Kairos also represents using an opportunity.
Depicted as shooting an arrow through a small window of opportunity, the moment it appears.

3. And the 3rd time-concept: Aion 03:29:05
Representing eternal time and also the seasons.
The seasons of nature but also your personal seasons.
Aion rules death, rebirth, new life and the afterlife.

Aion creates natural time-windows for Kairos (a rich time-experience) to happen.

4. Chronos, Kairos and Aion in your life 04:57
Including the terrifying story about the giant Chronos, who is still nipping at our heels!
And Kairos as the most actionable of the three.

5. Rock concerts as example 06:44
Rock concerts give you a more in-the-moment experience of time.
Rock concerts’ appeal is partially, because they are an in-the-moment Kairos, not Chronos, experience.

6. Our desire for Kairos 08:32
We don’t have to wait for a rock concert!
We can find Kairos time everywhere, in our daily lives.

Larger trolls take more time to create, and smaller trolls less time.

These are the trolls that are small enough to be moved up the stairs, and that you want to create within the next week.
For this series, each troll in the Ready Room represents a concert you want to organize.

And why infinity doesn’t have a place here.
The laws of earth do not support the combination of infinite + anything, creating destruction and chaos.
Infinity should only be applied onto what is intangible;.

3. The Infinite World 02:05
There’s very little attention to the areas of life where the principle of infinity would actually apply!
Love, spiritually, consciousness, possibilities, timelines

4. The Masculine and the Feminine 03:15
Meaning two principles, not necessarily referring to gender.
Because we all have a masculine side and a feminine side within us.

But these labels, masculine and feminine, can be applied to the concept of infinity, providing a pretty solid explanation of society’s obsession with it!
And why the other side of the coin is suppressed by our hunger to normalize infinity.
(and what to do about it)

INFINITY only applies to the abstract, and the eternal.

And I have such vivid memories of when those days were booked with back-to-back family gatherings.

3. The Most Creative Time of the Year 02:45
For me, the holidays have ended up being this creative spree.
But it’s not just me;
Everybody is so creative.
Making special dishes or multi-course dinners;
Decorating the house, organizing gatherings.
The holidays are collectively our most creative time of the year.

Special mention for January 1st, which is my favorite day of the year!

7. The Rock Star Take on THE HOLIDAYS 05:10
It’s the only time where it’s not “just you” who is creative.

Everybody gets more creative around this time of the year.

I have been thinking about starting a new series, as well.
One tailored to CREATORS, called The CREATOR series.

At the time of recording, it was just an idea;
But I have made the decision!
I will indeed start this new series, but it will go out on the blog (not a video series)

The first thing that comes to mind is;
Something is fun, if we’re allowed to engage.
We often associate fun with being a consumer, in the sense that the entertainment is created by someone else.

But the more we participate, prepare, anticipate and interact, the bigger the fun.

3. We Will Rock You 04:25
The Queen song is a great example of how more engagement (also in your own day-to-day activities) means more fun.

4. Depth, layers and meaning 05:47
The more different aspects are used to create the experience, the richer the experience, and also the more fun.
F.e. a date night where all layers of the experience of going out or having dinner, are attended to by both parties.
But even a work meeting would be so much better if we created it with intention, care, treats and lighthearted conversation topics.

5. Humor 09:19
Fun in the sense of humor, is often created by a conflict, or contrast, between two layers.
F.e. what you say is in opposition to the reality, as we can all see it.
This creates a comic effect.

Another comic effect from the contrast between layers, is when there is am expectation being a certain way;
And then providing the opposite!
So creating a reality or saying something that is the opposite of what was expected.

With a Rock Star Take on SOCIAL CONDITIONING, something I only recently discovered.
And now I can’t belief I didn’t see it before!

Big disclaimer here that I don’t even know what the official definition is. And the rule of this series is I’m not supposed to prepare these videos!
But regardless, I think it will be a very interesting video.

2. Social Conditioning 00:57
Warning that I think very negatively about this concept, but the way I see it, is that Social Conditioning is basically a web of lies, worked into your unconscious psyche
😱
Like software that is programmed there (in your own head) that you don’t know exists
🤓
And that shouldn’t be there, if you want to live a life of meaning.

We may agree with the underlying social idea of them, such as the concept of non-violence, but because they’re executed so poorly, they provide inconsistent outcomes at best.
And enable inequality and repression, at worst.

2. Social Conditioning for Women 05:25
Not mentioned in this video, but for men it’s things like having to repress their emotions, being a provider, not being allowed to be sensitive.

Also not in the video, but in general, you can say Social Conditioning robs women of their power and men of their humanity.

3. The Matrix 05:50
This movie where the people do not know they are living inside a simulation, is a good movie to imagine how we too, are living in this matrix of social conditioning.
Not realizing, it’s not the real world.

4. The Big Evil of Our Time? 06:47
Well, in a way….
Social Conditioning would have been The Big Evil of Our Time, had it not been around for thousands of years.
Probably since the agricultural revolution.

5. Experiment 07:27
If you encounter shame in yourself, fear, or other sudden negative emotions, it’s a good habit to track this.
Is this you, or is this your Social Conditioning talking?
