    A Twin Flame. Soulbond. And other concepts which also came up, as I engaged in the pleasure of deciphering what it all means!
    The men.
    The crushes.
    And how it’s always the same men who made a real mark.

    In the realm of soul twin jargon, which I did not learn until recently, regular relationships have an entirely different status.

    I would describe them as more tangible, but also more pliable. Susceptibel to improvement. And they’re happily tied to all kinds of structures such as family, friends and other social networks, but also to government organizations slash, institutions.

    F.e. in the Netherlands a Living-Together contract has the same status as marriage.
    Effectively, and involuntarily, tying the knot for couples still on the fence when migrating here from abroad.
    Foreshadowing that here all formally acknowledged relationships are treated equally.

    Yet soul bonds, on the other hand, do not require anything to survive.
    Not words, not confessions, not declarations, not visibility, and no paperwork.

    But despite being so ethereal, I do think even soul bonds can be undone.

    The method I have seen working, multiple times actually, is when you fall in love, choose, but most importantly have sex with your soul bond’s friend. Preferably their best friend but definitely without informing the soul bond.
    Boom! A nuclear blast.

    And there may be other methods, which I don’t know. However normal breakups do not work for soul bonds. Not even when followed by no contact for years in a row.

    If anything, the (telepathic?) bond becomes more pure, more intense.

    Because what is really made in heaven, cannot be undone by Man.
    Not unless you’re prepared to bring extremely big guns.

  • The Work | 2026 01 27 | That ONE Book (start at any page)

    It’s impossible to put the pieces together, or establish the chronology of things.
    All I can say is that by now, I have become one with what I do. And I mean, what I actually do when “left unsupervised” which I always think is such a cute expression when used for adults.
    But also when I am “supervised”!

    Because I still do it when logically speaking, socially speaking, or economically speaking, I should be doing something else.

    I’ve even had an entire era of my life where I did not attend to my health at all, but this comes with the disclaimer that I could afford to not pay attention because my work as a yoga teacher provided a solid foundation.
    I rode my bicycle to my classes, did a lot of yoga, and the night time classes prevented me from going out.
    So although I drank alcohol, the occasions to do so were extremely limited.

    But I suspect that if I had not taught yoga, but had had a job at an office, I would still not have made an effort health wise.

    So this work, for me, is writing.
    That, is the thing I actually did when people assumed I was a yoga teacher, a business owner, and so on.
    To this day, people assume that by work I mean my professional life.

    When it is not, and it has never been.
    And the exact same thing goes for you.
    What you love doing, is what you are designed to do, here on this earth.

    Many assume that “it” can’t be it!
    Because of a string of reasons tied to either the financial side of it, or because it’s so much fun; “Anyone would want that”.

    No; YOU want that!
    And yes, it’s still your work even if it doesn’t make you money.

    This thing is your calling, and it has been carved into the deepest layers of your being.
    This was not left up to chance.

    We’re on the The New Rock Star Channel.
    So we use the analogy of planning one week of a rock star tour, where the choice for different gigs symbolize the art your post on your social media.

    “But how?!” you may ask.

    In 2025 I more or less accidentally tripled if not quadrupled my content, and without any of the stress it used to give me.
    Accidentally, because I wasn’t looking for that.
    But more or less, because I know exactly what system I was applying, and why it worked.

    In this new CREATOR series, we explore the system’s different elements, and how they might help you.
    I’m getting help from the trolls, who have given us access to their four storey dollhouse.

    The only rule for these videos is:

    CREATOR series w. troll dolls

    In this video;

    1. Welcome to a new episode in the CREATOR series 00:00
    Where I share a planning system for content creators. And I know how dry that sounds!
    But I quadrupled my content in 2025, without any of the stress, so I’m just gonna share how I did it and what choices it required.

    { Story continues at 2. below this outline of the different elements }

    LEGENDA:
    🏠The Dollhouse
    Represents the whole process from idea, to content creation, to posting.
    In my example the dollhouse represents a process of 1 week, in which the trolls are moved from the basement (idea phase) to the balcony (posted).
    For this series the whole dollhouse is one week of a tour from a rock band.
    🤎💚💜The Trolls
    Represent different pieces of content.
    Larger trolls take more time to create, and smaller trolls less time.
    For this series each troll represents one performance.
    💙Large pink troll, Poppy the Problem Solver
    🦸🏻‍♂️Tour manager, also known as “Daddy”
    🧐The Basement:
    Represents the idea phase, everything you may want to make.
    Including Moving Targets- which of course cannot be moved up the stairs.
    And ideas (trolls) that are too big, and cannot be moved up the stairs either.
    For this series we see the basement as where the Tour Manager receives different offers of where the band could play.
    ✅First Floor: Ready Room
    These are the trolls that are small enough to be moved up the stairs, and that you want to create within the next week.
    For this series, each troll in the Ready Room represents a concert you want to organize.
    🔧⚙️🛠️Second Floor: Doing
    These are trolls (pieces of content) you started to work on, but that are not done yet.
    For this series, each troll on the Doing Floor, represents a concert that has not been fully organized yet.
    🥳 Attic: Dome of Done
    These pieces of content are done. You could post them anytime, or they’re already scheduled.
    For this series, each troll in the Dome of Done, represents a concert that is all mapped out and ready to rock.
    📢🎤 Balcony: The (online) World
    Here’s where your babies are proudly shared with the world, they’re posted online.
    For this series, each troll on the balcony represents a concert that is currently taking place or has taken place earlier this week.

    You’re the Warhol of our times!

    This means breaking pattern with a free flow of creativity (it will not be for everybody)

    This is what takes the stress out of it, but again, it may not want to be what you want.
    F.e. if your art involves posting about real time events.

    even more than nurturing, investigating;
    And definitely more than expressing your truest deepest self and purpose work-

    You are to hold the space where any or all of these things can happen.

    What I can add 2.5 years after writing those sentences is that they’re still valid. Yet although I cannot name new social media or other digital sorcery that may now permeate your carefully created walls more than before;
    I do think something has made our jobs harder.

    But what, right?
    The news, the wars, the mayhem?
    A multitude of global threats closing in?

    What is it, that has shifted so dramatically to our detriment that I’m pretty sure I’m right on this one, yet cannot name it?
    Don’t know…

    But walling off to concentrate on your creative work has become more difficult, and many would argue irresponsible.
    This comes from the idea that art is always created in conversation with the world.
    The art of walling off is also about choosing which parts of the world to let in.
    And about which parts of your own story, or your own suffering, to share. In particular when they are tied to larger events, or to a broader audience.

    And yet, devil’s advocate here, I always regretted it when I did. I totally understand the stance that artists are the most logical choice to interpret and make sense of our times.
    Make records of it.
    Yet when I did tie my work to my personal experiences, or to a particular hook on current events, it ultimately never aged well.

    Not even when what I had made had helped people. It sounds so selfish to admit that the content was feeling meaningless despite knowing it had been of tremendous value.
    Yet, maybe, this reveals the point.

    That it’s not about whether your work is hailed or rejected. But to create simply, and only, what you are called to, on that particular day.
    To never ever look back.

    And to trust that the walls will hold.

  • A Year Of Writing | Share Your Work 2026 01 22

    It’s been a restless start. And unsurprisingly, since I already put it in the title, I landed on this year needing my commitment in writing.
    I know we’re well into January and the time for resolutions is over, but my challenge is going to be 52 weeks from this day forth.

    Focused, not on videos.
    Not on posting.
    Not on staying connected.
    Not on career.
    Not on social life.
    Not on friendships.
    And not even on my love life, which is saying something because that has been a priority (a quest!) for a very long time, but No.

    This is the year of writing.
    And of leaning into the tremendous social pressure I still feel when I say that out loud.

    Yet trust me, it is the only true answer.
    And it has been, for 20 years because 2026 is my 20 year anniversary of being a writer, and I immediately sensed the shift when it happened.
    I knew my life would never be the same again, and that I would be in a forever battle between offering the world a palpable version of myself.
    And what I truly was.

    Someone devoured by creativity.
    And with tremendous power.

    I have tried to water it down, cushion its razor sharp edges, paint over its neon colors, and sweeten its astringent taste. But ultimately this is just who I am and what is very much going to be part of our relationship.
    And the safest thing I can do for both of us, is be upfront about who you’re dealing with.

    Even if you work with me in one of my many other roles, this thing will tower above us.
    It will color everything I do or say, it has been a part of me for two decades and I have become it.
    The tower and the person are one.

    For 52 weeks, I will write 10 hours a week, including making the Canva (which is visual storytelling) and long form or personal correspondence.

    I will also stop lying about how much it matters to me, to be a writer.
    And if you push, I will even admit how shockingly little everything else matters to me.

    I will finally and fully accept that what happened 20 years ago, can no longer be undone.

    I am a writer.

  • Earthling | 2026 01 20 | That ONE Book (start at any page)

    Writing this in 2026, I can say:
    “Another year, another World Economic Forum conference.”
    Because this meetup in Davos is taking place on the day this is posted.

    But a decade from now, I have no idea what world you are in.
    You could be reading these stories in the printed form of a book, or you could be my cave buddy and you’re helping me out with the clay tablets.
    Focused on the work of leaving some mark of civilization behind.

    But whatever our different living situations might be, what we probably share is that our lives are like children’s.
    All important decisions are made without us, being told just enough simplistic Sunday school versions of the truth, to be informed.
    At least, technically.

    Yet even that layer is one we should cherish, because it is directly linked to media providing at least some form of accountability.

    In Europe, international power structures have been in place for thousands of years.
    Yet the people were not informed, not educated, pitted against one another and weaponized to do the dirty work. 
    We are not in a good situation, but at least this day and age we know who’s coming for us.

    It reminds me of this ancient story, about a land worker who sees the king being carried around, and wishes he were the king.
    And the story is much longer than I remember, but it ends of course in the king looking at the worker and wishing he were them.
    Relieved of the constant worry and responsibility.

    So maybe whatever our times, or however our situation, the work is the same.
    The work right in front of you.
    It’s the everyday things.

    Perhaps the wisdom for the ages is to focus on the work that has been given to you.
    Nothing more, yet certainly nothing less.

    And why infinity doesn’t have a place here.
    The laws of earth do not support the combination of infinite + anything, creating destruction and chaos.
    Infinity should only be applied onto what is intangible;.

    There’s very little attention to the areas of life where the principle of infinity would actually apply!
    Love, spiritually, consciousness, possibilities, timelines

    4. The Masculine and the Feminine 03:15
    Meaning two principles, not necessarily referring to gender.
    Because we all have a masculine side and a feminine side within us.

    But these labels, masculine and feminine, can be applied to the concept of infinity, providing a pretty solid explanation of society’s obsession with it!
    And why the other side of the coin is suppressed by our hunger to normalize infinity.
    (and what to do about it)

    INFINITY only applies to the abstract, and the eternal.

    where is your wiggle room?

    When things aren’t working, it is because existing systems are opposing you.

    Instead of trying to get in through the front door, wonder;
    Where are the gates and the borders, at this point, still unchecked?

    I don’t know if I just didn’t get the memo, or if it was a generational thing and will automatically be ingrained in later generations, but I didn’t have a clue about how patriarchy worked or capitalism, until shockingly late in life.

    And although I’m sure there’s nuances which I will never be able to understand because my brain is no longer flexible enough to attain mastery here;
    I did land on two simple rules of thumb which, so far, got me through.

    One.
    Anything of value, is in your own time.

    And two, which I usually ignore because it’s just so bleak:
    That all aggression and criminal behavior go unpunished when ran over existing power structures.
    Being held accountable for your crimes basically means you are committing crimes above your paycheck.

    Like I said: Bleak.
    And that I’m possibly missing a few nuances here.

    Compare it to medieval bestiaries where the giraffe has a short neck, the whale looks like a fish and the hyena is a horned cow who digs up people from their grave.
    In the same way, my view of how capitalism and patriarchy work is more the product of a rich imagination, and less about facts.

    I cannot offer you an accurate evolutionary theory on patriarchy, anymore than a medieval bestiary depicts anatomically correct beasts.

    But I can offer you this:

    Your survival depends on awareness that patriarchy and capitalism exist.
    And having a broad idea of what it looks like.

    One day the Darwin of capitalism will rise and rescue us with an Evolutionary Theory. But until then, it is up to us to collect pictures of the beast and learn what we can.
    Who has a long neck and eats away above our head.
    Who harvests the oceans.

    Who will feed of our corpse straight from the grave.

  • Consciousness | 2026 01 13 | That ONE Book (start at any page)

    To this day I don’t know why I didn’t like the French book Le Petit Prince.
    Well, a translated one, since I don’t understand more French than the title.

    It’s of course difficult to understand what I mean by “Like”, as everyone knows who used Social Media in the binary time when the only emoji for a post was “a like”.
    A thumbs up.
    This often lead to people also placing a comment, explaining the thumb did not mean they actually liked the sad event that had happened in the post.

    Nowadays the response emojis are more diversified. A heart, a thumbs up, a sad emoji, and a link to the full menu of all other available emojis are now standard.
    We no longer have to limit a quick response to “Like”.

    When it comes to reading books or watching movies however, we’ve always had access to more words and to providing more context.
    So when I say I didn’t like Le Petit Prince, let me preface that by saying I refrain from watching any form of drama.
    I find drama overwhelming, notice it hardens me, and it seems to make me deeply cynical.

    But I don’t recall Le Petit Prince being dramatic in the sense of reflecting the injustice of our societies, or the horrible things people do to each other.
    Instead, the prince was the only person on his planet and he was terribly lonely.

    Over time I did not change my opinion on the book (still no Like from me!) but I did get a little more eloquent as to why I did not like it.
    Because I understood we are all just as alone as the Little Prince is.

    According to the book description, the Prince ultimately ends up on Earth.
    And I think he will make a great Earthling.

    His heart is open to connect and it is so much bigger than ours.
    It holds infinite space.

    Content is art!
    A 100 Years from now, what you’ve shared online will have survived you.
    Consistency now, means a legacy later.

    “But how?!” you may ask.

    In 2025 I more or less accidentally tripled if not quadrupled my content, and without any of the stress it used to give me.
    Accidentally, because I wasn’t looking for that.
    But more or less, because I know exactly what system I was applying, and why it worked.

    In this new CREATOR series, we explore the system’s different elements, and how they might help you.
    I’m getting help from the trolls, who have given us access to their four storey dollhouse.

    The only rule for these videos is:
    – no preparation
    Because any process you don’t know by heart, belongs in the trash bin!

    This is The New Rock Star Channel.
    There’s already another series here, called Rock Star Take On.
    And in 2026 we’re starting this second series:
    Sharing how you can double or triple your content, without any stress.
    And with trolls.

    2. Content = Art 01:15
    This probably the most important message of this series, so I will take the liberty of repeating it every time!

    3. Dollhouse and trolls 03:05
    They’re here first and foremost, to make this series more fun.
    But they will also be representing the different elements of the system.

    LEGENDA:
    🏠The Dollhouse
    Represents the whole process from idea, to content creation, to posting.
    In my example the dollhouse represents a process of 1 week, in which the trolls are moved from the basement (idea phase) to the balcony (posted).
    For this series the whole dollhouse is one week of a tour from a rock band.
    🤎💚💜The Trolls
    Represent different pieces of content.
    Larger trolls take more time to create, and smaller trolls less time.
    For this series each troll represents one performance.
    🧐The Basement: All options
    Represents the idea phase, everything you may want to make.
    Including Moving Targets- which of course cannot be moved up the stairs.
    And ideas (trolls) that are too big, and cannot be moved up the stairs either.
    For this series we see the basement as where the Tour Manager receives different offers of where the band could play.
    ✅First Floor: Ready Room
    These are the trolls that are small enough to be moved up the stairs, and that you want to create within the next week.
    For this series, each troll in the Ready Room represents a concert you want to organize.
    🔧⚙️🛠️Second Floor: Doing
    These are trolls (pieces of content) you started to work on, but that are not done yet.
    For this series, each troll on the Doing Floor, represents a concert that has not been fully organized yet.
    🥳 Attic: Dome of Done
    These pieces of content are done. You could post them anytime, or they’re already scheduled.
    For this series, each troll in the Dome of Done, represents a concert that is all mapped out and ready to rock.
    📢🎤 Balcony: The (online) World
    Here’s where your babies are proudly shared with the world, they’re posted online.
    For this series, each troll on the balcony represents a concert that is currently taking place or has taken place earlier this week.

    4. from READY to DONE 03:38
    This first video shows how to:
    🧐 select trolls in the basement
    ✅ bring them to the Room of Ready (first floor)
    🔧⚙️🛠️move them through “Doing”
    Or leaving them there, overnight.
    🥳 getting them to the Dome of Done (attic)
    📢🎤 and releasing them onto the balcony

    5. 🔑For this to work 12:00
    The two things required are:
    🛒consciously selecting pieces of content you want to create
    This means breaking pattern with a free flow of creativity (and so it will not be for everybody)
    🔳🔲 separating creating from posting
    This is what takes the stress out of it, but again, it may not want to be what you want.
    F.e. if your art involves posting about real time events.
