And if you’re watching this in real time, I just had a little holiday, so this is the first video that will go up after I’m back.
And I’m prerecording this, but as you will notice I seem to be making more mistakes than usual, so I really need that holiday!
This is the spring edition of a Rock Star Take on Sexuality.
These videos are usually pretty dense so once every three months I try to lighten them up with a topic that seems to be a little more fun for many of us.

I think I have something solid for you this time!
Breaking my own rule not to prepare this, I thought a little about it beforehand, and I think I have something good for you.
3 ways to enjoy it more
3. #1 Honor your Yesses! 03:17
Just like No is No (and should be respected); a Yes (“I want!”) is indeed, a Yes.
Let that sink in.
Even when we’re single, we’re masters at talking ourselves out of getting intimate with someone we met, at a moment when we least expected it, and then started talking to and had so much chemistry with.
We (even as singles) always find reasons why it’s not a good idea.
We should start treating spontaneous chemistry with someone, as being given a box with the finest ingredients, for free. Probably ingredients you would not know where or how to find them, if you went looking for them.
Of course you would cook a delicious meal, if that happened!
So honor your Yesses, and start “cooking”.
4. #2 The Brave Shortcut 06:13
This one only takes a lot of guts!
No preparation required, but here we go:
Be present in the moment.
That’s it.
Once you can be in the moment, you accept everything that happens in that connection and step back entirely from the idea of how “it” or any one of you should be;
The gates to the heavens open.
5. #3 Be fulfilled on your own 09:13
Definitely the most difficult one, but also the most rewarding!
It’s to (re-)create your own sexuality from the inside out, (an “ecosystem”, would probably have been the best word), so rich that intimacy with someone else is no longer a prerequisite for it to be fulfilling.
Experiences with someone else are no longer the main ingredient;
They’re now the icing on the cake.
